These Terms apply to the current beta release of the Partner Hub. We may refine the wording as the product evolves; the most recent version, shown by its "Last Updated" date, always applies.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Partner Hub — a tool operated by JetUP LLC ("JetUP", "we", "us") that lets a partner publish a personal page at jet-up.ai/hub/{slug} to promote and support the community.

By applying for, creating, or publishing a Partner Hub page, you ("Partner", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create or publish a Partner Hub page.

These Terms apply in addition to JetUP's general website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy published on jet-up.ai. Where the Partner Hub is concerned and a conflict arises, these Terms apply.

2. Definitions

  • Partner Hub — the page-builder and the published page at jet-up.ai/hub/{slug}, including all of its features.
  • Partner Content — everything you upload, enter, or publish: your about-text, photo, voice recording, social links, and any other material you add.
  • AI Avatar — the personalised video greeting generated from your photo and voice.
  • AI Assistant — the automated assistant embedded in your page that answers visitor questions.
  • Referral Link — your personal referral link, taken from the IB Portal, through which visitors register.
  • Visitor — any person who views or interacts with your Partner Hub page.
  • Lead — contact details a Visitor submits through your page.
  • The Broker — TagMarkets, the independent, regulated broker through which all trading accounts and financial transactions are conducted. JetUP is not the Broker.

3. What the Partner Hub Is — and Is Not

The Partner Hub is a promotional and community tool. It is owned and operated by JetUP. When you create a page, you receive a personal right to use the tool — not ownership of it, the software, or the platform.

JetUP is an information and education-oriented digital hub and community that provides access to a licensed, regulated financial partner. JetUP is not a broker, not a bank, and not a financial advisor. JetUP does not open trading accounts, does not hold or manage client funds, and does not provide investment advice. All trading activity, account opening, and financial transactions are conducted exclusively through the Broker.

Your Partner Hub page is your personal promotional space within JetUP's tool — it is not an independent product you own or control outside these Terms.

4. Eligibility and Access

To create a Partner Hub page you must:

  • be an active partner in good standing within the partner program;
  • have a valid Referral Link issued through the IB Portal;
  • be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms;
  • log in through the partner cabinet at jet-up.ai/partner-hub and complete and publish the page yourself.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Right to Use (Licence)

JetUP grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Partner Hub to publish and maintain your page for as long as these Terms are in force and you remain an active partner.

You may not sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer your page or access to it; copy, reverse-engineer, or repurpose the underlying software; or use the Partner Hub for any purpose other than promoting and supporting the community in line with these Terms.

6. Partner Content — Your Responsibility and Warranties

You are solely responsible for everything you publish on your page — your text, photo, voice recording, links, and any other material.

By uploading or publishing Partner Content, you confirm and warrant that:

  • you own the content or hold all rights, licences, and consents needed to use and publish it, including the rights to any photo and voice recording you upload;
  • the content is your own likeness and voice, or you have explicit permission from the person shown or heard;
  • the content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading;
  • the content does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and does not contain defamatory, unlawful, or harmful material.

You are responsible for keeping your page accurate and up to date.

7. AI Avatar — Consent to Processing

To create your AI Avatar, your photo and voice recording are processed to generate a personalised video greeting. By uploading your photo and voice and creating an AI Avatar, you consent to this processing.

Details of how this data is processed, stored, and deleted are set out in the Partner Hub Data Processing & Privacy Policy. Because this involves processing your image and voice, your consent is given separately and explicitly at the point of upload, and you may withdraw it as described in that Policy.

You confirm that the AI Avatar represents you (or a person who has explicitly consented), and you will not use it to impersonate anyone else or to mislead Visitors.

8. AI Assistant for Visitors

Your page includes an automated AI Assistant that answers Visitor questions. The AI Assistant is a tool; it can be imperfect and may produce inaccurate responses.

You are responsible for the way your page presents information to Visitors. The AI Assistant must not be configured or used to give investment advice, guarantee income, or make promises on JetUP's or the Broker's behalf. JetUP is not liable for the content of automated responses, and you should not rely on the AI Assistant as a source of financial, legal, or tax advice.

9. No Financial Promises · No Investment Advice

Materials on your page are for information and promotion only. They are not investment advice and do not guarantee any income or result.

You may not:

  • guarantee profits, returns, or income to any person;
  • make income promises on JetUP's behalf or on the Broker's behalf;
  • present partner earnings or strategy results as assured outcomes.

A partner's income is derived from referral commissions paid directly by the Broker, not by JetUP. No guaranteed income is promised. Results depend on individual factors. Trading involves significant risk, including the possible loss of invested capital, and past performance is not an indicator of future results.

10. Referral Activity and the Partner Program

Visitors connect to the ecosystem through your Referral Link and register under you. You must act within the rules of the partner program and applicable law, and you are responsible for your own statements to the people you refer.

Commissions for referred clients are paid by the Broker, not by JetUP. JetUP does not control, and is not responsible for, the Broker's products, services, payments, or promotions.

11. JetUP's Right to Use and Showcase Partner Pages

You grant JetUP the right to use, host, reproduce, display, adapt for format, and publish your Partner Hub page and its content — including screenshots, recordings, the AI Avatar, and excerpts — for demonstration, showcase, marketing, training, and promotional purposes, across JetUP's own channels and materials, without additional approval or compensation.

This right lets JetUP show the Partner Hub as a product (for example, as an example page, in presentations, on social channels, or in onboarding materials). JetUP will use this right reasonably and in line with the community's standards. If you object to a specific use of your likeness, contact welcome@jet-up.ai and JetUP will consider your request.

12. Licence You Grant to JetUP to Operate the Hub

So that JetUP can run the Partner Hub, you grant JetUP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, and technically adapt your Partner Content for the purpose of building, operating, securing, and (per Section 11) promoting the Partner Hub. This licence ends when your content is removed, except where retention is required by law or for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Partner Hub to:

  • publish false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content;
  • give investment, legal, or tax advice, or guarantee financial outcomes;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your role or authority;
  • upload material you do not have the rights to;
  • harm, mislead, or harass Visitors or other partners;
  • circumvent, attack, or misuse the platform or its security.

14. Suspension and Removal

JetUP may suspend, unpublish, or permanently remove your Partner Hub page, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, if your content is unlawful or harmful, if you cease to be an active partner, or where required by law or to protect the community.

On termination, your right to use the Partner Hub ends and your page is taken down. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 9, 11, 16, 17, 18, and 20) continue to apply.

15. Intellectual Property

The Partner Hub, the JetUP platform, brand, software, and design are owned by JetUP or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without explicit permission.

You keep ownership of your own original Partner Content, subject to the licences you grant in Sections 11 and 12.

16. Disclaimers

The Partner Hub is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, JetUP does not warrant that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. JetUP is not responsible for outcomes that depend on the Broker, on third-party platforms, or on your own statements and conduct.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JetUP is not liable for your actions, your statements, or your published content, nor for any loss arising from a Visitor's reliance on your page, your AI Assistant, or your AI Avatar.

JetUP is not liable for non-performance by the Broker or by any third-party platform. JetUP's total aggregate liability to you arising from or relating to the Partner Hub is limited to the fees you paid for the Partner Hub in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JetUP harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Partner Content, your statements to referred persons, your use of the Partner Hub, or your breach of these Terms.

19. Changes to These Terms

JetUP may update these Terms. The current version, with its "Last Updated" date, will be published in the partner cabinet and/or on the website. Continued use of the Partner Hub after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi, Georgia have jurisdiction, where permitted by applicable mandatory law.

JetUP does not maintain an EU office. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; JetUP does not participate in consumer arbitration.
